Hi, I'm Mel (she/they)! 👋I'm a creative designer and marketer, rock enthusiast, and possibly the best name-that-tune player you’ll ever meet.

With over 5 years of experience as a web designer, marketing manager, and photographer, I discovered my passion for building meaningful, user-centered experiences and transitioned into the field of UX design.

Most recently, I spent 2.5 years as a Digital Specialist at Wines of British Columbia, where I led UX design and managed all digital platforms to help market BC Wine Country and inspire wine lovers to choose local.

My work is guided by research, empathy, and a deep appreciation for visual storytelling. I’ve developed strong skills in both written and visual communication and bring a solid understanding of brand identity to every project. I approach my work with creativity, and collaboration. I’m excited to bring my enthusiasm and innovative ideas to my next role.
